Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized industries by automating decision-making processes, but ethical concerns remain a significant challenge. This paper explores the ethical dimensions of AI, including bias in algorithms, transparency, accountability, and fairness. We analyze real-world cases where AI systems have demonstrated unintended consequences and discuss strategies for developing responsible AI frameworks. The study emphasizes the importance of regulatory policies, ethical AI principles, and explainable AI models to ensure fairness and societal trust.
